Carl Thomas Garrett Sr., 77, of Cedar Springs died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006, at Early Memorial Hospital. Mr. Garrett was born Feb. 27, 1929, in Shelby County to the late Tom and Nell Garrett. Mrs. Dunning was born Nov. 4, 1905, in Cedar Springs to the late Francis Marion and Lucy Armistead Mosely. Mr. Battle was born Dec. 9, 1931, to the late Irma Cook. At age three, he was adopted by John and Mae Lou Lee.
