You are herby notified that the above-styled action seeking divorce was filed against you on April 13, 2006, in the Superior Court of Early County, Georgia, and that by reason of an Order for Service by Publication entered by the Court on April 13, 2006, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Plaintiff's attorney, Thomas E. Sasser, III, whose address is: P.O. Drawer 351, Blakely, Georgia 39823, an Answer to the Complaint for Divorce within sixty (60) days of April 13, 2006.

An Order has been issued granting plaintiff temporary custody of the minor child, among other things, and setting a hearing in this matter for June 8, 2006, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. at the Early County Courthouse in Blakely, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from citizens and educators regarding public education in the district. Persons wishing to speak may sign in upon arrival. Mrs. Peggy S.
