The Georgia Department of Human Resources filed a Petition on February 9th, 2006, in the Juvenile Court of Early County, Georgia, with regard to the custody of your putative child, K.A.S., seeking among other things, a transfer of custody. You may obtain a copy of the Motion which sets forth the specific allegations in detail from the Early County Clerk of the Juvenile Court, in Early County, Blakely, Georgia.

An Order allowing service on you by newspaper publication was signed on March 8th, 2006.

The final hearing in this matter is scheduled for May 8th, 2006, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., at the Courthouse in Early County, Georgia. You are commanded to be and appear in the Juvenile Court of Early County, Georgia located at the Courthouse in Blakely, Georgia to then and there make defense to the allegations of the petition and to show cause why the prayers of the motion should not be granted and why the said child and all parties named herein should not be dealt with according to the provisions of law.
