Webb to Amtrust Mortgage Corporation, dated December 5, 2000, recorded in Deed Book 234, Page 707, Early County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHTY-FOUR AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($ 111,084.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Early County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April 2006 the following described property:
