Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed to Secure Debt executed by TONY ERIC NUNALLY and
MARY JEAN NUNALLY to COMMERCIAL STATE BANK dated
July 7, 2011, and recorded in Deed
Book 312, Pages 921-922, Early
County, Georgia, Deed Records,
said Deed to Secure Debt securing
a Note in the original principal
amount of $19,447.90 dated July 7,
2011. Commercial State Bank as
the holder thereof pursuant to said
Deed and Note, and all extensions
thereof, thereby secured has
declared the entire amount of said
indebtedness due and payable and,
pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deeds, will on the
first Tuesday in the month following the publication of this notice,
being December 5, 2017, during
the legal hours of sale being 10:00
a.m. through 4:00 p.m., before the
Courthouse door in Early County,
sell at public outcry to the highest

Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are a
lien, whether or not now due and
payable), the right of redemption of
any taxing authority, any matters

the property, any assessments,
liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants,
and matters of record superior to
the Deeds to Secure Debt first set
out above.
The proceeds of said sale will be
applied to the payment of said
indebtedness and all expenses of
said sale as provided in said Deeds,
and the balance, if any, will be distributed as provided by law.
The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the
sale is not prohibited under the

Notice is hereby given in compliance with Georgia Code 22-2-
109 that the Georgia Department

of Transportation has approved
the Location and Design of this
project.
The date of location approval
was December 16, 2011.
The intent of the project is to
create an inviting gateway
entrance into the City of Blakely
by enhancing and beautifying
approximately 25 acres of land situated at the Northwest corner of
the intersection of GA HWY 62
and US HWY 27 and by providing
a sidewalk along Hwy 62 to downtown. The project is located in
Land Lot 127, Early County, GA
The initial construction will
include the development of a
Visitor Information Center with
entrance drive, signage, roadway
bridge, walkways, parking lot, and
landscaping. A sidewalk along
Hwy 62 from the Visitor Center to
Downtown Blakely will also be
constructed.

proposed project, as approved, are
on file and are available for public

AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to install a 309-foot self-support telecommunications tower at
Bates Road, Blakely, Early County,
GA 39823 (N31-17-22.5 / W84-50-
58.3). The height of the tower will
be 94.2 meters above ground level
(152.7 meters above mean sea
level). The tower is anticipated to
have steady red lights FAA Style E
(L-864/L-865/L-810). Specific information regarding the project is
available by calling Britta Tonn at

business hours. Interested persons
may review the application for this

project at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering Antenna
Structure Registration (Form 854)
file no. A1089441. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the project under the
National Environmental Policy Act
