A resolution of the Board of
Commissioners of Early County,
Georgia, providing for the adoption
by insertion to the Code of ordinances of Early County, Georgia,
Chapter 29, Solar Farm
Standards, an ordinance establishing procedures, rules and regulations governing persons, firms,
businesses, companies, and corporations engaged in the installation, operation and maintenance
in solar farms, in the unincorporated areas in Early County; to
provide for notice of solar farms; to
provide for enforcement and remedies for violations of this ordinance
and for other purposes will be presented for adoption at the regular
May 1, 2017 meeting of the Board
of Commissioners of Early County,
Georgia.
The public is invited to presents
its comments to the Board at 5:00
p.m., May 1, 2017 at 204 Court
Square, Blakely, Early County,

BIANCA ALEXIS BAILEY,

Under and by virtue of power of
sale contained in Deed to Secure
Debt executed by JOHN TALMADGE HAMMOND and HOLLY
SHONDELL HAMMOND to
BANK OF EARLY, under the date
of July 24,2007, securing a note
dated April 25, 2015, in the principal sum of $28,765.61 payable in
34 monthly payments of $400.00
beginning June 25, 2012, and a
final installment of principal and
interest due on or before April 25,
2015, said deed being recorded in
Deed Book 286, Pages 29-36, Early
County, Georgia Deed Records and
by virtue of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured
by said deed, the undersigned will
sell at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash, before the Court
House Door of Early County,
Georgia, during the legal hours of
sale, on the first Tuesday in May,
2017, subject to any outstanding
and unpaid taxes and/or street
improvements and/or easements

feet; thence run south 00 degrees
13 minutes 00 seconds west the
distance of 820.00 feet to the north
margin of the right-of-way of Mays

the point of beginning.

A plat of said parcel of land
made by G.L. Holman dated April
13, 2004 is recorded in Deed Book
251, Page 111, Early County,
Georgia, Deed Records, which plat
and the record thereof are by reference incorporated in this description. Prior to commencement of this
foreclosure proceeding, BANK OF
EARLY gave notice to JOHN TALMADGE HAMMOND AND
HOLLY SHONDELL HAMMOND
and in all other respects complied
with the provisions of O.C.G.A.
§44-14-162.1 through 44-14-162.3
and further has been given of
intention to collect attorney’s fees
in accordance with the terms of the
Note secured by said Deed.
The unpaid principal balance
having been declared due and
payable because of a default in the
monthly payments, said sale will
be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof toward
the expense of this sale, the payment of the debt and interest
thereon, and the balance, if any,
shall be applied as provided by
law.
The entity that has full authority to negotiate, amend, and modify all terms of the mortgage with
the debtor is: Bank of Early, 12347

Blakely, Georgia, 39823, (229) 723-
3101. The secured creditor is not
required by law to negotiate,
amend, or modify the terms of the
mortgage instrument.
To the best knowledge and
belief of the undersigned, the party

in possession of the property is
JOHN TALMADGE HAMMOND
AND HOLLY SHONDELL HAMMOND, or a tenant or tenants, and
said property is more commonly
known as 2519 Mays Mill Road,
Blakely, Early County,
Georgia, 39823.
The sale will be conducted subject to (1) confirmation that the
sale is not prohibited under the
U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) final
confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of
the security deed.
The undersigned will execute a
deed to the purchaser at said sale,
as provided in the aforementioned
deed to secure debt.
