Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed to Secure Debt executed by MICHAEL WILLIAMS to JAMES THOMAS WASDIN dated May 2, 2017, and recorded in Deed Book 349, Pages 376-383, Early County, Georgia, Deed Records, said Deed to Secure Debt securing a Note in the original principal amount of $167,640.00 dated May 2, 2017. The tower is anticipated to have FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810) lighting.

Value Concepts, Inc invites comments from any interested party on the impact the proposed undertaking may have on any districts, sites, buildings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering, or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
